Payment. Payments can be made either online or by personal cheque supported with a bankers card. Delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery although the company will endeavour to send out your order as soon as possible. Post & Packing. The company wil do everything in Its power to keep the cost of postage and packing to a reasonable level. For this reason there will be one flat rate service of £5.50p per order up to 5 kg in weight. After that the price will rise by 50p per kilogram unless a price has been agreed with ourselves in advance. (For delivery to mainland UK locations only. Deliveries to N Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some Scottish post codes, all Islands plus rural and remote areas or other countries will be subject to additional charge. Carriage will be determined by your postal code and charged in concordence with our courier company guidelines. Please enquire before bidding if unsure). Parcels can be tracked on line and this information will be sent to you by request via email. Should you wish a Saturday delivery then contact us for a quote. Cancellations.Should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made then we will need to know before 4.00pm on the same day. After that time goods will have been despatched. We will gladely refund your money as long as the product is returned unopened. You will also be liable for return postage costs upon which a full refund will be given Stock. The company will do everything in our power to maintain stock levels and ensure orders are fulfilled. In the event that there is a problem in obtaining supplies everything will be done to look for an alternative product so as not to interrupt your continued business. Faulty Product. If a product is damaged in transit we need to know immidiately by telephone or email so we may upload the product for exchange or refund. If an item is faulty we need to know within 5 days so it can be exchanged for an Identical Item or a refund once it has been assesed by us. If we feel the product has sustained damage not consistant with the purpose it was intended for, we reserve the right not to offer a refund. If the wrong product is ordered we will exchange but the purchaser would be liable for the return postage. In the event we send out the wrong product then we will correct the mistake at no cost to yourself Notification of Changes. The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, your continued use will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will notify you by e-mail or postal mail if you are affected by this change.
